Office Renovation & Turnkey Fit-Out Singapore

A workplace planned around your team and your building.

An office fit-out coordinates layout, partitions, finishes, furniture and building services into one delivery programme. The existing unit condition, occupancy plan and building management rules determine both cost and sequence.

What the scope can include

Agree the included works, quantities and exclusions before comparing quotations. The following items form a starting point for a site-specific scope.

  • Space planning, acoustic partitions and meeting rooms
  • Workstations, storage and custom carpentry
  • Lighting, power, data and access-control coordination
  • ACMV distribution and server-room requirements review
  • Fire services coordination, testing and as-built handover

Budget planning in Singapore dollars

These are illustrative early budgeting allowances, not verified market averages or a Mint X quotation. Site inspection and a defined specification are needed for pricing. GST, professional fees, authority charges, specialist equipment and abnormal conditions are excluded unless expressly included.

Project stages and timing

Allow roughly 4–10 weeks of site work for a small or medium fit-out, plus design, approvals and procurement. Phased occupied works need additional coordination.

  1. Confirm headcount, room schedule, IT needs and budget.
  2. Survey existing services and obtain management requirements.
  3. Coordinate drawings, samples, permits and long-lead orders.
  4. Deliver trades in sequence, test services and hand over.

Frequently asked questions

Can an office stay occupied during renovation?

Sometimes. Agree segregation, noise periods, access and temporary services first; disruptive or safety-critical activities may require vacant areas.

Are landlord approval and SCDF approval the same?

No. Building management permission does not replace statutory fire safety review or other approvals required for the proposed works.
